Saturday - Sentosa
Meet up with my salsa kaki at sentosa for some action at the beach which includes volleyball, captains ball, bladding .. etc

Sunday - Tennis
Drove down to YCK tennis center for a session of tennis with the SGrunners. When i arrive there. SV, bala , charmane , angelica , kay , meteor, alvo , superboi were already occupying 2 of the courts. Got down an extra racquet but no time to change the grip so Bala volunteer to help me to put it on (thanks dudez).

The girls were getting some tips and coaching from the 2 better play kay and bala. While the rest of us were playing in the other courts (1 extra court was empty so we jump into it). Bala also brought along a squash racquet incase of wet weather. One of the conversation i over heard between bala and charmane was about TI swimming techinque that he is now reading on and breath training base on strokes. Angelica left early to have dinner with her classmates, Superboi wanted to join in too but was reject straight in the face.

At the end of the 2hr session they went of to bedok for dinner with teelee whos just "touched down" into singapore from batam for the marathon. As for me i head home to eat..
