Mizuno 10km wave run 2007

What can i say about the first run i had since i returned.. horrible.. not me but the organisers for the mizuno wave run.

Lotsa of minus point to the run. Let me try to get it straight in a chronological manner.
- Bag deposit was only announce where it is (2 van smack inside the stadium) 20 mins before the event starts. Causing massive blockage infront of the start line not to mention the queue time.
- Bags were stuff into the van, which in turn make it hard to take out the bags later. First in last out, just imagine that
- Massive blockage at the start of the run , due to choke point near the entrance into the reservoir (over 5 mins )
- No clear indication for where 5km or 10km runners suppose to split at the junction. In the end i saw like alot of 5km fun run runners doing the 10km route.
- The ground was muddy and full of pot holes making it difficult to run on ( i can understand if its the NB real run but this anit)
- No Clear indication where the end point is resulting in mass chaos , 2 other run were held near by if i am not wrong one of them is Aljunied CC walk a jog. And the finish sign was meant for that.
- The start and end point should be in the same location and not shift away.
- Not enough marshallers involved in the race. That could be the reason why alot of runners got lost.

To the organisers "Wake up your ideas!" . Probably my last mizuno wave run.
