Run- simpang kiri park connector - Road Accident

While doing a farlek run. I meet an acident at the carpark while returning back home. A van was reversing out from the carpark lot. And i was right behind it. Bang on me straight on the left side of my arm. Fortunately it was not moving out fast else i would not be sitting here typing my blog.
