Run - Pasir ris park 6.9km

Had a BBQ during the national day at the Downtown east resort on wednesday. Lotsa Wine (red & white) and sake .. The next day i woke up really early and did around the pasir ris park just outside the resort for a change. Total distance was about 6.9km rather short run before heading back to the resort for swim session did about just 4 laps and was quite breathless. Now i know how it feels like doing a biathlon...
