Swim - 14 laps safra pool
Before work i squeeze sometime to hit the safra pool again for about 14 laps. Tried 1 laps using frontcrawl but i guess i failed miserably. Any coach who can teach me?
Oh btw Casio just launched a new GPS running watch Not sure the price but looks cool. Get one for me for my bday.. pleasez...pretty pleasez

nt sure leh... have not launch yet..maybe next month then i go check
