Run - suntec - fort canning - clark quay 7.5km

Short run today with adirun group, Staz managed to get a friend down for the run. and the group look slightly larger 3 gals and 2 guys.

The route was from suntec to fort canning and back via clark quay. Not a very long distance as we skipped one round at fort canning. But none the less was rather tiring as we are going at quite a fast pace.

After the run we did about 4 laps at the pool. Water was freezing must be due to the rain earlier in the day. We celebrated mich engagement with a toast at balaclava before heading home.
