Adidas running - fort canning - clarke quay -10km

Adidas running today was held at cathay this time round , as the suntec area has been closed up for the IMF meeting . So i drop by the adidas store at about 6.20 , seeing that i am early i grab a bite of my fav ben & jerry new york chocolate fudge ice cream to desire.

The rest start to stream in about 6.45 . Cfred, Alvo, Martin, Peter, Anthony, David, Srini, Ajit, Simon, Benny, Joao, Jeremy,Simon, Jancy, Stacy, Angeline, Charmane, Delphine, Susan, Beverly, jeremy. We went outside cathay for our warm up and briefing on the route : from fort canning to clark quay , to boat quay and then to esplanade and back to cathay (roughly about 10km). Fahmy hinted me that adidas is coming out a new dance apparel , which i am kinda interested in and also just in store the new supernova series of shoe and apparel. Gotta check that out too.

I was nominated by DO to lead the run up fort canning, first time for me but i think i can handle that as i have run up there a couple of time with the running lab group. The pace well was rather fast at the beginning maybe its due to stacy / jeremy and joao li pushing me hard. A little too fast the rest was biting the dust behind.

After 2 rounds around fort canning. We headed to clarke quay where DO to take the lead but he say i can handle it . So off i go again.. Some how after esplanade the group was divided in to 3 groups and they seems to be running back in different direction. i guess its partly due to the traffic light hold up.



















This time round we had 100plus instead of gatorade but its okay, same thing bananas from DOE not del monte like the last run. So after warm down and chit chat the rest went up to grab their bag check out the new stuff, and wash up. For me i did not join jeremy and gang for dinner..salsa session for me !
