Adirun - marina esplanade - kallang park 6.6km

One last adirun before the marathon. This run is slightly different coz we get to have our adirun t-shirt "impossible is nothing" moto printed on it. Supposed to do a slow and short run today as its a tapering week for most of us. It started well kinda slow but on the return leg the pace went up as for me at the last km or so i speed up till i hit my max heart rate of 190. The feeling was almost like you are gonna stop beating anytime.

It took a while at the end point for my heart rate to drop. That was not a good feeling trust me.

Also i collected my yankz shoelace system from stazla .. cool stuff!
