Adirun - esplanade -marina south 10.4km

My first run after a hiatus for well about a week due to some pesky virus. Before heading down to the run at suntec. Had a stop over at the nike shop in cityhall did a quick gait test at the runaholic dept. Had to run bear foot while the guys video film my running. Turns out i had a neutral with very slight pronation. Which i guess thats why i hardly get any injury :)

After which i head down to adidas suntec to meet up with the guys for the run. Fahmy the organiser was not around but his collegue is. So those who turned up are (DO, DR and wifey beverly, cfred , charmaine , superboi, simon and sister, michiko, catherine, kai, babumouse, stazla, alvo and meteor etc )

The route starts from marina south to CBD and then into marina south pier , then turn into the food center before returning back, should be about 14.5km but instead i turn back from marina south pier as i just recovered from my flu. Its funny how my old waverider feels abit lack of cushioning, hard when i land on it.. hmm guess i might have to stick to my nimbus for the marathon.















The nightlight view looks great tonight. Perhaps a lot of people are working OT tonite haha.
