Sickness engulfed me
Yup.. i am out of running for these few days. Cough and phlegm is the main culprit, no speedwork no LSD , No fartlek... oh man.. marathon is coming what will happen to me?
On a lighter note, Adidas will be giving the adirunners a pair of running shoe and shirt (with the adidas running club logo printed on it) . Looks like i need a personal shoe cabinet now.

shiok free adidas gears. What is the condition to get them? Must complete how many runs?

yup thanks.. its recovered now.. Hmm no rules to get the shoe.. but as long as u started running with them in the beginning lor
