Adirun - clarke quay- riverfront-esplanade 7.8km

Skipped the last round of adirun session so anit gonna miss this time round. Check the PSI reading this time round prior to goin down. Thankfully it hovers around 52 which is moderate range.

Reached suntec at about 6.30pm. As i was walking down to the store spotted the new nike runaholic campaign seems like they are on the heels of adidas. Some sort of run lab was setup in suntec store to test runners of their gait types. DO was there to do the test so is DR , after which they are given a membership card with their gait printed on it.

Today we are back at suntec and this time round afew new faces turn up . Regulars who are there - DO, DR and wifey, cokkie, joao_li, Superboi, Fennel, Fahmy, Angeline, Brokie, Meteor, mr Ng etc .We walked all the way to esplanade park before doing some warmup. Superboi/cokkie leads the warm up. The route this time round is a fairly simple one run along the esplanade to clarke quay all the way to kim seng bridge and then back. For me i decided to do a slow and steady run and not "dash" sort of a negative split for me.

Paced with Meteor and at the same time sang some tunes from my Ipod( i hopes it helps to build up my lung capacity) Think i was going at 5min/km pace according to meteor. On the return route, At the riverview walk i decided to speed up for the last 1-2km of the route. Heart rate was maintaining at about 182 which i think was pretty good. Along that last bit i bump into roonie whos doin his ninja run haha

After the run..

free massage next to the store thanks to osim... Not to mention bottles of gatorades and banana..At that moment seems like a close door session for some celebraties at nike runaholic lab. Eunice olsen, jennette wang etc are there hmm nike marketing campaign. After changing me, cokkie and superboi went to carrefour to get gatorade powder then dinner at sinful carls Jr and some heart to heart talk.
