Another adirun on a wednesday evening. IMD drop by for his run at the same time conducted a short warmup session with us. Some new faces and regular ones.

We took the same route as before with slight changes at fortcanning instead of 2 rounds we going for 3 rounds. Somehow after the the fortcanning the group was split into 3 groups. superboi drop in on the run at rivervalley road and decide to do a super sprint. like 4.4 mins/km. We made it to esplanade and notice that 3 gals aren't in the group. Seems like they decided not to go up fort canning and did their own little run. When we return to base we found them already there cooled down and all.
