LSD run - Eastcoast 24km

Met up with babumouse and loanshark for a morning LSD run at eastcoast around 9am. Why 9am, Coz he said that this time can simulate the marathon heat. Ermm well not sure about that but i went ahead with the run anyway.

Did not timed this run as its all about clocking the distance. So we have ample breaks here and there. Unfortunately, for loanshark at one of the water breaks before the safra yacht club, he left his sunglasses at the water sink. By the time we noticed it , we already reached the food center location.

Well at that point babumouse has already surge forward with his new running style. So we decided to get some food and return back there by vehicle to look for the missing sunglass.
Unfortunately it wasn't there. Probably cannibalized by the cleaners .
