Heck no run!

Things hasn't been so well lately.

Was planning to get down to the adirun on weds to purchase the tempo shoe. Did not bother to bring down an extra shoe, and guess what my size is not available. Argh so in the end i did not join the gang (fahmy, alvo, cfred, michiko) for the run and was stuck at the suntec pool swam about 22 laps .. resigned to fate thankfully meteor was there at least i ain't that bored.

Wanted to run on thursday but turn out i have to meet up with my friends ..

As for friday i had another swim at the pool as promised 15 laps... was rather tight schedule..
