LSD run - yio chu kang - seletar airport 17km

Fantastic weather for a LSD today. Unfortunately can't say the same for my stamina today. I will have to go on a strict no alcohol diet from now till marathon D day.

Took afew stoppage almost at every bus stop along the train track arghh!! But things got better as i hit the seletar airport. I can see quite a few runners there some gave me the thumbs up as i ran pass them. Overall its still a very pleasant run ..
