First adirun for the year.. our group this time round is fahmy, yiyang ,aerosolcan , adi and his friend. Well adi suggested we go for an interval run at the track next to the kallang stadium. We agreed to the plan . I was curious how th run was conducted.
The interval was 5 sets of 400m for starters. Trying to maintain a 1.40 per interval followed by a slow pace jog ard the track. At the last loop. Was rather tired and feet was quite wobbly but at least it feels good after such a long break.
total mileage for the day about 8km.
